After researching many real estate companies, I found EXIT Realty International's  non-traditional methodology was a perfect fit.  A full-service international real estate firm, with no desk or franchise fees for agents was impressive to me.  I added “Keystone” because it represents the top stone in an arch that keeps all the other stones together, exactly what I strive to do in my leadership role within our office.  

The extensive training program in addition to extensive management support was an impressive combination.  The EXIT concept (which was developed by company founder and CEO, Steve Morris, the top Broker at ReMax) emphasizes company teamwork and cooperation naturally, based upon the EXIT concept.  Every agent who joins EXIT is sponsored by someone.  The company pays the sponsor a bonus of up to 10% of each transaction that the sponsored agent makes.  The bonus is from the corporate side of the transaction and not from the sponsoring agent’s commission.  This system ensures that every EXIT agent has a “teamwork centered” mindset, creating a fabulous working environment for all EXIT sales associates.
